This form-fitting Fetters padded isolation hood is made from a double layer of heavyweight motorcycle jacket leather with foam padding over the ears and eyes making it an almost rigid construction which will mould to the face creating a sense of total isolation.
Because the jaw is almost rigid an open mouth is not a recommended option with this hood, so a grommet at the mouth allows extra air into this intense dark leather world. Cinch rings lace closed over a full vent, then a heavy zipper is pulled down and locked to the collar, even with the hands free.
